Seller Accuracy

As a seller, you agree to:

• Upload a mandatory condition video showing zippers and hems
• Accurately describe item condition and available stock
• Respond to purchase requests promptly
• Honor accepted purchases and agreed fulfillment arrangements

Misrepresentation of items may result in account suspension. Sellers are responsible for ensuring items match their listings.

Platform Rules

• Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform
• All transactions must be conducted through Shop Seeba's platform
• Prohibited: Off-platform payments, fraudulent listings, or harassment
• Shop Seeba reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties must provide photo evidence. Our admin team will review disputes and make final decisions. All decisions are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

Shop Seeba acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or quality of items listed by sellers. Buyers should review listing details and seller policies before purchasing.
