By accessing or using Shop Seeba, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Renter Liability

As a renter, you are responsible for:

• Returning items in their original condition as received
• Paying for any damage, loss, or excessive wear beyond normal use
• Returning items by the agreed-upon end date
• Following care instructions provided by the lender
• Paying all fees including rental price, cleaning fees, and service fees

Security deposits may be withheld if items are returned damaged, lost, or late. Disputes regarding condition will be reviewed by our admin team with photo evidence.

Lender Accuracy

As a lender, you agree to:

• Provide accurate measurements and item descriptions
• Upload a mandatory condition video showing zippers and hems
• List items in clean, rentable condition
• Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
• Honor approved bookings and make items available on agreed dates

Misrepresentation of items may result in account suspension. Lenders are responsible for ensuring items match their listings.

Platform Rules

• Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform
• All transactions must be conducted through Shop Seeba's platform
• Prohibited: Off-platform payments, fraudulent listings, or harassment
• Shop Seeba reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties must provide photo evidence. Our admin team will review disputes and make final decisions. All decisions are final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

Shop Seeba acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or quality of items listed by lenders. Users rent items at their own risk.
