Information We Collect

Shop Seeba uses information needed to operate the marketplace and support orders:

• Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo, and profile details you choose to provide, such as location
• Listings: Photos, videos, descriptions, garment measurements, condition details, and prices you submit
• Orders and Messages: Purchase requests, order status and delivery preferences, messages, and information you provide when contacting support
• Sizing Passport: Measurements you save to your account. For a made-to-order request, the order stores only the specific measurements the listing asks for and you review and agree to share
• Verification: Identity document and selfie images submitted for seller verification
• Service activity: Information needed to secure and operate the site, such as listing views and actions you take in the service

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Facilitate purchases between buyers and sellers
• Create and manage listings, purchase requests, and order coordination between buyers and sellers
• Send purchase request updates, order messages, and account notifications
• Show relevant listings and saved preferences you choose to use
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform safety
• Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Public marketplace: Public profile details and approved listings, including their photos, videos, and descriptions, can be viewed by site visitors
• Order participants: A seller sees information needed to respond to and fulfill a request. For a made-to-order request, the boutique receives only the listing-selected measurements you reviewed and agreed to share; your full Sizing Passport is not shared
• Messages and support: Conversation participants can see messages and attachments in that conversation. Order-issue evidence is available to the participants and authorized support reviewers
• Verification reviewers: Authorized reviewers can access identity images while reviewing a verification submission
• Service providers: Providers that host and secure the service, deliver email, support seller payout-account setup, or provide an optional feature you request may process the information needed for that task. When you request AI listing suggestions, the listing photos you select are sent to Google Gemini for analysis
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

Shop Seeba purchase requests do not currently collect payment. Connecting a seller payout account does not mean a buyer has paid or that a payout has been made. We do not sell your personal information.

Private Images and Retention

Verification images and message attachments are kept in private storage rather than the public listing image library. Identity images are available to authorized reviewers during review. We attempt to remove them after a decision or when you replace a submission; if storage cleanup fails, the images may remain until the cleanup issue is resolved. Message attachments remain associated with their conversation. Temporary access links expire. Public listing media remains visible while the listing is public and may be copied by people who view it. We do not currently publish a fixed retention period for every type of account, message, or order record.

Data Security

We use authenticated access controls and private storage for sensitive uploads. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not include sensitive information in public listing descriptions or messages unless it is needed for your order.

Your Rights

You can update many account details and your Sizing Passport in Settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, contact support. We review requests in light of active orders, safety needs, and records that may need to be retained. There is not currently an in-product data-export tool, and some order records may remain after an account is closed.

Cookies and Tracking

Shop Seeba uses cookies needed to keep your sign-in session working and secure. The current site does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Blocking required cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features from working.

Children's Privacy

Shop Seeba is designed for adults buying and selling fashion. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support so we can review it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this notice as the service changes. We will post the revised notice here and update its date. We will explain material changes through the service when appropriate.
