For Renters

Respect the Fit: Please do not alter items. Temporary tape is allowed if removed carefully, but no pins or sewing.
Timeliness is Key: Returns must be postmarked or dropped off by the agreed date. Late fees apply to compensate the lender.
Honesty Policy: Accidents happen. If a stain or tear occurs, report it immediately. We are here to help resolve it fairly.

For Lenders

Authenticity Only: We verify listings to ensure high-quality, authentic designer wear.
Clean Delivery: Items must be professionally dry-cleaned before every rental period.
Transparency: Any existing wear-and-tear (zippers, hems) must be documented in the listing photos.
